When Will You Ship My Order?

Ship Dates:

Christmas Season Santa Letters, Alaska Cuddle Pacs, Santa Letter/Alaska Cuddle Pac Combos, and Ornaments ship December 1st -10th. Orders received after December 10th, will ship USPS Priority Mail through December 14th. No orders accepted December 15 - January 13.
Year Round All gift items generally ship 2-3 days after order is received.
Sweaters, hats and clothing orders generally ship 7-10 days after order is received.

Alternate If you prefer an alternate ship date, please let us know.

DOWNLOAD ORDER FORM and mail with your check. You must have Adobe Acrobat installed to download our Order Form. IMPORTANT: If paying by check, allow 10 to 14 business days for check to clear. Orders ship after check clears--Please Send Early!!

Will I Receive the North Pole Postmark?

Yes, all gift items are shipped and postmarked from North Pole, Alaska, except sweaters, hats, and clothing, which are made exclusively for us and ship from our supplier. Sometimes we may have sweaters, hats, and accessories in stock. If we do, we will ship your order from North Pole, but generally these items are shipped directly from our supplier.

What is Your Refund and Return Policy?

Santa Letters: We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your Santa Letter, you may return it in good condition (with all original contents), within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money. No refunds for incorrect address, incorrect name submissions, or misspelled names.

Ornaments: Return within 14 days of purchase for a credit or exchange.

Alaska Cuddle Pacs: Return all items within 14 days of purchase for a credit or exchange. Exchanges may be shipped by box instead of mailing tube.

Children's Sweaters, Hats, Bibs, and Boxers: Please review the measurements or size prior to ordering. We do not reimburse for shipping fees on exchanges or returns. All items returned or exchanged must be in "like new" condition. No exchanges or refunds given for stretched or damaged goods.

Goodnight Alaska Sleep Shirts: Alls sales are final. Because our Sleep Shirts are one-size-fits-all, no refunds will be given.

Lost Orders: Insurance is not included with any of our items. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded unless insurance is purchased. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance. You can e-mail or call us and we will add it to your total.

Delayed Orders: All orders are shipped on or before the USPS cutoff date for Christmas delivery. Postal delays are not covered by insurance, i.e. your letter or gift arriving late. We do not provide refunds for postal delays.
