Ordering
Online: We offer online ordering for all
products that we sell. If you are having problems ordering from our Web

Secure Shopping:
Our server is secure. We use Secure Socket Layers technology to ensure
all data transferred is encrypted. Please look for the VeriSign
symbol during order check-out.
Insurance:
Insurance is NOT INCLUDED with any of our items. Lost or missing
packages will not be refunded unless insurance is purchased. Please let
us know if you want to purchase insurance. Insurance does not cover postal
delays, i.e. your letter or gift arriving late. We do not issue refunds
for postal delays.
Postal
Delays: During the Christmas season, all items are shipped
by the suggested North Pole post office deadline. Postal delays are the
responsibility of the post office and we do not issue refunds for delays
or gifts arriving late. Insurance does not cover postal delays.
Out
of Stock: We will notify you if a product
is out-of-stock and you will have the option to cancel your order at that
time. If you choose not to cancel, we will ship your order as soon as
possible. Orders over 30 days will be given the option to cancel or wait
for shipment.

U.S. Addresses: Last day to order for Christmas
Delivery is December 10th. Orders received December 11th through
December 14th will ship as soon as possible via USPS Priority Mail
- while not guaranteed for Christmas delivery, the normal delivery
time is 3 to 5 days. No orders accepted December 15th through January
13th.

International Orders: We must receive your
order by December 3rd for First Class Mail or by December 9th for
Priority International or Express Mail International. Please also
review our International Shipping Rates
section.

APO or FPO Addresses: Last day to order for
Christmas delivery is December 3rd.

and Africa: Last day to order for Christmas delivery is December
2nd.

Ordering
Online, How To:

Choose
item and click Add To Cart.
- A page will pop-up
showing your item and price.

will be given a choice to Continue Shopping or Proceed to
Checkout.
- Click Continue
Shopping to buy more items. You will be taken back to the previous
page you were on.
- To review your
purchases, click the View/Edit Cart button located on the product
page.
- When you are finished
shopping, click Proceed to Checkout, to be taken to the Billing
and Shipping Information page.
- Enter the billing
information in the first column. Enter your name as it appears on your
credit card and your billing address. Include your phone number and
e-mail address. Be sure to enter your e-mail address so we can send
you a confirmation of your order.
- IMPORTANT:
Enter the recipient's information in the second column entitled, "Shipping
Information." The name and address that is entered in the Shipping
Information column is the information that we will use to
prepare the letter and the shipping label. Please double check that
the name and address you entered is correct.
- Multiple children
receiving letters or gifts at the same address will have their letters
sent to the address listed in the "Shipping Information" column
and we will use the "Recipient First and Last Names" provided
to process each Santa Letter or Santa Letter/Alaska Cuddle Pac Combo.
If you have more than one ship to address, you will need to place a
separate order for each address.
- The Message
and Comments box is located directly below the billing information
column. Use this box to enter any additional information related to
your order. Example: "Mail Santa Letters as soon as possible".
If you order a Family Santa Letter but want to use two children's names
on the letter instead of a Family name, please let us know in this box.
- In the Discount
Certificate box, enter your coupon code or discount code, if applicable,
and the discount will be deducted on the final order page.
- Click Submit
Information and you will be taken to the Payment Information
page.
- On the Payment
Information page, you will see a recap of your order total at the
top. Scroll down and enter your credit card information.
- Click Submit
Information and wait a minute - do not click again. An order number
will pop up with a note that your order has been processed successfully.
Print this page or write down your order number. Shortly after your
order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
- If your order
is refused, try clicking the refresh button, then reorder. If still
refused, verify all information was entered correctly and try again,
or please e-mail

- Note: For
children's sweaters, hats, and accessories: each item is shipped individually.

"All items are shipped and postmarked from
North Pole, Alaska except sweaters and hats, and accessories."

- USPS FIRST CLASS for
Items 100, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 300, and 350. *Items
100, 200, 300 and 350 are shipped Priority Mail between December 10th
and December 14th.
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL for Items 400, 500, 501,
502, 502-C, 503, 504, 505, 530, 531 and 560.
- USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL for each sweater
or sweater and hat shipped together.
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL for each safari flap hat,
knit hat, bib, and boxer shorts, etc. If buying several items shipped
to same address, please e-mail,
fax , or call us with your order
at 1-866-244-5448. We may be able to package items together to save
on freight.
- Insurance
is not included with any of our items. Lost or missing packages
will not be refunded unless insurance is purchased. Please let us

all gift items are shipped and postmarked from North
Pole, Alaska, except sweaters, hats, and clothing, which
are made exclusively for us and ship from our supplier. Sometimes we

ship your order from North Pole, but generally these items are shipped
directly from our supplier.

children's sweaters, hats, and accessories ship individually by Priority

All
childrens' items are custom made. Please allow 7-10 days to receive
