Delays: During the Christmas season, all items are shipped by the suggested
North Pole post office deadline. Postal delays are the responsibility of the post

of Stock: We will notify you if a product is out-of-stock and you will
have the option to cancel your order at that time. If you choose not to cancel,
we will ship your order as soon as possible. Orders over 30 days will be given

U.S. Addresses:
Last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 12th. Orders received December
13 - 16 will ship as soon as possible via U.S. mail, while not guaranteed for
Christmas delivery, the normal delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
Exception: Deluxe Santa Letters will ship Priority Mail if received
Dec 13 -16 - allow 6 to 7 days to receive your order. Santa Letter and Envelope
Packages will ship through December 16th. No orders accepted December 17th through
January 13th. -
International
Orders: We must receive your order by December 4th for First Class Mail or
by December 8th for Express Mail International. Please review our International
Shipping Rates section. -
APO
or FPO Addresses: Last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 4th.

Orders for Central and South America and Africa: Last day to order for Christmas

Choose an item and click Add to Cart. A page will appear with the
item number and a brief description. Drop-down boxes will collect your Santa Letter
choice and/or ornament choice. Additional boxes will collect the recipient's first
and last name. Click Continue Shopping to purchase additional letters or
gifts for recipients at same address. At checkout, enter the recipient names and
address in the Shipping Information column. You may also enter additional
names in the Message and Comments box. - Ordering
from our Website:
Choose an item and click Add to Cart. A page will appear with the
item number, a brief description and price. Some items may have a drop-down box
to collect additional information. Click Continue Shopping to purchase
additional items for recipients at same address. At checkout, enter the recipient
name(s) and address in the Shipping Information column. You may also enter
additional names in the Message and Comments Box. - At
anytime you may review your purchases, by clicking the View/Edit Cart button
located on the product page or at the top of the page.
- When
you are finished shopping, click Proceed to Checkout to be taken to the
Billing and Shipping Information page.
- Enter
the billing information in the first column. Enter your name as it appears on
your credit card and your billing address. Include your phone number and e-mail
address. Be sure to enter your e-mail address so we can send you a confirmation
of your order.

Enter recipient information in the second column entitled "Shipping Information."
Please ensure the recipient(s) name and address you entered is correct. The name
and address entered in the Shipping Information column is used to
prepare the letter or gift, and the shipping label.
- For
children receiving letters or gifts at the same address, we will send the letters/and
or gifts to the address listed in the "Shipping Information" column.
- In the Discount
Code box, enter your coupon code or discount code, if applicable, and the
discount will be deducted on the final order page.

The Message and Comments box is located directly below the billing information
column. Use this box to enter any additional information related to your order.
Example: "Mail Santa Letters as soon as possible."
- Click
Submit Information and you will be taken to the Payment Information
page.
- On the
Payment Information page you will see a recap of your items. Enter your
credit card information and click the Submit Information button.
- Next,
the Review Order Information page will recap your order. You must click
the COMPLETE ORDER button for the order to process. Wait and do not
click button again. An order number will appear with a note that your order has
been processed. Print this page or write down your order number. You will also
receive an e-mail confirming your order.

If your order is refused, try clicking the refresh button, then reorder. If still
refused, verify all information was entered correctly and try again, or please

but generally these items are shipped directly from our supplier.
