Method: All items ship individually. Multiple items on same order will

our order form and fax or mail it. Additional
Ways to Order: In addition to online ordering, you may also order
by fax, mail, or telephone. Please do not send credit card information by e-mail,
it is not secure. You may download our order
form and fax or mail it, or you may call us with your order at 907-488-8118. Secure
Shopping: We use Secure Socket Layers technology to ensure all
data transferred is encrypted. Please look for the VeriSign symbol
during order check-out. Insurance:
Insurance is NOT INCLUDED with any of our items. Lost or missing packages
will not be refunded unless insurance is purchased. Please let us know if you
want to purchase insurance. Insurance does not cover postal delays, i.e. your
letter or gift arriving late. We do not issue refunds for postal delays. Postal
Delays: During the Christmas season, all items are shipped by the suggested
North Pole post office deadline. Postal delays are the responsibility of the post
office and we do not issue refunds for delays or gifts arriving late. Insurance
does not cover postal delays. Out
of Stock: We will notify you if a product is out-of-stock and you will
have the option to cancel your order at that time. If you choose not to cancel,
we will ship your order as soon as possible. Orders over 30 days will be given

U.S. Addresses:
Last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 12th. Orders received December
13 - 16 will ship as soon as possible via U.S. mail, while not guaranteed for
Christmas delivery, the normal delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
Exception: Deluxe Santa Letters will ship Priority Mail if received
Dec 14 -15 - allow 5 to 6 days to receive your order. -
International
Orders: We must receive your order by December 2 for First Class Mail or by
December 8th for Express Mail International. Please review our International
Shipping Rates section. -
APO
or FPO Addresses: Last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 2.
Closed:

How to order Santa Letters and Alaska Cuddle Packages Choose
an item and click Add to Cart button. A page will appear with the item
number and a brief description. Drop-down boxes will collect your Santa Letter
choice and/or ornament choice. Additional boxes will collect the recipient's first
and last name. Click
Continue Shopping to purchase additional letters or gifts for recipients
at same address. For
multiple shipping addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. At
anytime you may review your purchases by clicking the View/Edit Cart button
located on the product page or at the top of this page. - See
steps 4 thru 12 below for additional instructions.
How
to order from our website - Choose
an item and click Add to Cart button. A page will appear with the item
number and a brief description. Some items may have a drop-down box to collect
additional information.
- Click
Continue Shopping to purchase additional items for recipients at same address.
- At anytime
you may review your purchases, by clicking the View/Edit Cart button located
on the product page or at the top of this page.
- At
checkout, enter your billing address, phone number and e-mail address in the first
column. Be sure to include your e-mail address so we can send you a confirmation
of your order.
- Next,
enter the recipient name and address in the Shipping Information column.
If you purchased more than one letter, you may enter additional names at the same
address in the Message and Comments Box.
- For
letter type: "At Grandparent's Home for Christmas" be sure to
enter the grandparent's address in the Shipping Information column as shown below:

Please ensure the recipient name(s) and address are correct. The name and address

The discount will be deducted on the final order page.

Enter any additional information in the Message and Comments box. Example:
"Mail Santa Letters as soon as possible."
- Click
Submit Information and you will be taken to the Payment Information
page. Enter your credit card information and click the Submit button.
- The
Review Order page recaps your order. You must click the COMPLETE ORDER
button on this page to process your order. Wait and do not click the button
again.

You will receive an order number along with a note that your order has been processed.
Print this page or write down your order number. You will also receive an e-mail
confirmation.
