Orders must be received by December 11th to ensure Christmas delivery. Orders received December 12 - 14 will ship as soon as possible via U.S. Priority mail, while not guaranteed for Christmas delivery, the normal delivery time is 5 to 7 days. No orders accepted December 15th - January 13th. Our North Pole snowflakes are cute, but not safe for children under 3 years, please use adult assistance when opening tube. All Santa Letters are shipped individually.

• Personalized with childrens' names, city and state. Example: "Dear Brendan and Sara." Text used for children is similar to our Deluxe Santa Letter.
• Letter includes one carved Alaska Birch Ornament in satin pouch. Six ornament choices-click to view. (Order additional ornaments on the Ornaments page).

• All ornaments are individually carved from Alaskan birch wood and measure approximately 2" x 2" x 1/8"
• Each ornament comes enclosed in a beautiful satin pouch with drawstrings.
