When are Santa Letters shipped?

For orders received prior to December 1st, we ship letters December 1st - 11th. For orders received December 1st - 14th, we ship orders December 1st - 14th. Please allow 7 to 10 days for letter(s) to arrive. Orders received December 12 -14 will ship as soon as possible via U.S.P.S. Priority mail, while Christmas delivery is not guaranteed, most letters arrive in 5 to 7 days. No orders accepted December 15th - January 13th. Deluxe Santa Letters:

1. To order letters shipped to recipients at different addresses, you must place one order at a time.
2. We allow only one name per letter. If you would like two or more names on the letter, you must order our Family Santa Letter.
3. To order individual letters for several children living at same address, click the Add to Cart button and select Letter Style and ornament choice (if applicable), and then type recipient's first name and last name in box.
4. Click Continue Shopping to return to most recently viewed letter, then click "Back to Text Choices" to view all Santa letter choices.
5. Next, click the Add to Cart button and select Letter Style and ornament choice for second child, and then type first and last name for second child. Follow same procedure for all additional children.
6. At checkout, enter your billing information.
7. In the "Shipping Information" column, please enter child or childrens' names and address as shown below and we will ship all letters to this address.
   Examples:
   Full Name: Alexis and Olivia Rockwell
   Full Name: Jack, Zachary and Lisa Black
   Full Name: Christine, Molly, Cade and Sam Collins
8. A second option is to choose the same letter style for all children, then at check out enter all children's names in the Shipping Information box and we will make sure each child receives a different letter.

Family Santa Letter:

1. To order letters shipped to recipients at different addresses, you must place one order at a time.
2. To order a Family Santa Letter, click the Add to Cart button for Item 300 to order letter and ornament. A drop-down menu will appear for you to make your letter and ornament choice, and enter the recipient's name as shown:
   Example 1 - Family Name on Letter:
   Recipient First Name: Smith
   Recipient Last Name: Family
   Example 2 - Two Childrens' Names on Letter:
   Recipient First Name: Ben and Seth
   Recipient Last Name: Wilson
   Example 3 - Three Childrens' Names on Letter:
   Recipient First Name: Jennifer, Aidan and Emma
   Recipient Last Name: Lincoln
3. At checkout, enter your billing information.
4. Next, in the "Shipping Information" column, enter the name as shown below:
   Example 1: Family Letter:
   Full Name: Smith Family
   Example 2: Two Children:
   Full Name: Ben and Seth Wilson
   Example 3: Three Children:
   Full Name: Jennifer, Aidan and Emma Lincoln
5. Enter the shipping address. We will ship the letter to this address.

Last Day To Order:
Last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 11th for U.S. addresses and December 2nd for APO and FPO addresses. For International addresses, please visit our ordering page (No International orders accepted after December 11th). For orders received December 12 -14 we ship orders as soon as possible via U.S.P.S. Priority mail, while Christmas delivery is not guaranteed, most items arrive in 5 to 7 days.

Insurance:
Insurance is NOT included with any of our items and tracking is not available unless Express Mail is purchased. If you would like to add insurance or Express Mail delivery, please let us know. We recommend purchasing insurance if you are concerned. Postal delays are NOT covered by insurance, i.e. your letter or gift arriving late and we do not issue refunds for postal delays. No refunds will be given for lost or damaged items without purchase of insurance. Insurance also does not cover shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If you would like to add insurance, please e-mail or contact us and we will add it to your total.
