OUR STORY

Our family has made its home in North Pole, Alaska for over 30 years and we really appreciate the uniqueness and slow pace of our Northern community, plus the fact that we get to live where Santa Claus lives all year round. Needless to say, we feel very qualified in delivering a small part of our community directly to your door.

We are grateful to live in such a beautiful place which offers tremendous diversity in its people, landscape and climate. Alaska remains rich in Native culture, traditions, and languages, and here in the Interior of Alaska we celebrate our local history by commemorating the pioneers that ventured in to Alaska in search of gold at the turn of the last century. Like their predecessors, Alaska's people remain hardy, resilient and extremely resourceful.

LOOKING BACK

Our first travels brought us to Alaska in the 1970s to visit family and attend the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Throughout the years we have traveled to many remote communities and villages in Alaska and our adventures and experiences have been part of the inspiration for our products.

IN OUR BACKYARD

Although the winters can be quite long and harsh, we love the quiet Northern living and winter beauty we see out our window each day.

Moose slumber in our back yard, bears roam the open wilderness nearby, and Santa's reindeer -- well, when they aren't busy helping Santa, sometimes you can see them dancing across the hills above the Arctic Circle.

Because we are buried in snow almost two-thirds out of each year, we spend much of our time doing winter activities such as: ice skating, sledding, and cross-country skiing with our boys. Life is always a daily adventure here!
